Access Points

Access Points are satellite career service locations that bring MassHire Career Center resources directly to Boston neighborhoods, making employment services more accessible to individuals who may face barriers to traveling downtown. These sites provide jobseekers with essential career counseling, job readiness support, and connections to workforce training programs in a community-based setting.

Our Access Points

St. Francis House
As a MassHire Access Point, St. Francis House support individuals experiencing homelessness and those in transition by offering career counseling, job training, and employment placement services. Through workforce readiness programs, vocational training, and individualized support, St. Francis House helps jobseekers gain stability, develop new skills, and secure meaningful employment.

Charlestown Adult Education
Charlestown Adult Education serves as a MassHire Access Point by providing career readiness, job placement support, and workforce education programs for adults looking to enter or advance in the workforce. This site offers high school equivalency (GED/HiSET) preparation, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes, and digital literacy training, ensuring that learners gain the skills needed to pursue employment or further education.
