The Boston Private Industry Council (PIC), which serves as the MassHire Boston Workforce Development Board, in coordination with the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of selecting one or more organizations to operate a Comprehensive One-Stop Center or Centers with the appropriate capacity and expertise to provide innovative, integrated, and compliant workforce development services for the benefit of job seekers and businesses.
